Leamington Spa delivery office mourns the passing of popular colleague
Colleagues at Leamington Spa delivery office have paid tribute to line manager Ian Buswell, who passed away suddenly earlier this year.
Postwoman Becky Clarke said: ‘We have been left in shock and disbelief. He has left behind his two beautiful children whom we will always consider Royal Mail family.
‘He had a tough job but he managed to do it with strength, compassion and humour. He was popular and highly respected and this was evident in the packed crematorium, which left many standing.’
The delivery office held a collection for Ian’s children, with donations at the funeral going to the Coronary Care Unit Staff Fund and the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
