British Gas has awarded us their PUDO (pick up drop off) engineer parts, contract for another two years.
Royal Mail Relay provides a nationwide next-day distribution service, delivering tools and spare parts from customers’ distribution centres to a Royal Mail delivery office where they are made ready for their service engineers to collect.
For 20 years Royal Mail has been transporting critical spare parts for British Gas engineers from their national distribution centre in Leicester to more than 800 delivery offices across the UK so that their customers can have their boilers and other elements of the service they receive from British Gas fixed.
We have also recently been delivering smart meters as this development has been rolled out across the country.
