Customer Focus Week

This week, we are focusing on our customers and how we can all maintain our reputation for great service.
Here are four things colleagues in Process can do to help keep us number one:
1. Yes we scan
Customers expect to be able to track their items at every step of the pipeline. Each scan triggers a customer notification so make sure you scan every item that requires a scan.
2. Sort, scan and dispatch First Class first
Take care to segregate First and Second Class mail and work on the right stream of traffic at the right time. This helps us deliver on our promises. Make every effort to clear all mail every day.
3. Follow our collections standards
Half of all collections are now on delivery. Make sure these are done so that our customers’ mail gets to the mail centre in good time.
4. Help Logistics colleagues
Make sure all yorks are labelled correctly and positioned in the right dispatch lanes.
