People App

Alongside Workplace, this is one of your Go 2 Apps.

The Royal Mail People App is now available for all colleagues, helping you to connect with the information that matters to you anytime, anywhere.

Features include:

  • My Pay - access your digital payslips online ahead of payday, view or download historic payslips and opt for digital only payslips
  • My Annual Leave - see your holiday entitlement, bookings and submit a request
  • My Personal Details - view and edit information such as your address or bank account
  • My Information – set up or change Lump Sum Booster and Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) for the Royal Mail Collective Pension Plan.
  • My Uniform - Order uniform directly from Dimensions, and view your entitlement without having to login to an additional site
  • My Bundle - Access a range of employee benefits on the My Bundle platform with seamless login
  • Access the very latest news on Workplace and watch the latest RMtv 
  • Access a range of policies, FAQs, links and the ability to direct message the pay team with a query

How to access the People App

You can download the app on to any Android or Apple device from your usual app store.

Alternatively you can access the People App on any web browser using a computer, tablet or phone via this link

Frequently asked questions

Step 1: Download the app and click on the ‘Register’ button – follow the steps provided.

Step 2: You should receive an email, you will need to click on the ‘activate your account’ button. This will take you to a profile page –close this browser down.

Step 3: Click back into the People App and login to your account.

Step 4: You will see a ‘Verify Me’ tile where you will need to fill in your pay number, NationaI Insurance number Postcode and DOB.

Step 5: Once you have successfully verified, you will need to log out and log back in. You will then will see all your tiles.

To verify yourself, you will need to enter your Pay number, National Insurance number, Postcode and date of birth. The details need to match the details currently held in PSP (our HR system). Please ask you manager to check these details for you on PSP to check they are correct. If these are correct, please see the info below ‘Who can I contact?’

Once you have successfully registered and been verified you can login using your email address and password.

There is a Forgot Password link to click on the login page to the People App. Please click on this and follow the instructions.

Once you have registered for the app, you can log in to the app on any Android or Apple device, laptop or desktop using your email address and password.
