Tyneside Mail Centre is currently preparing to go into operation with the new PSM.
Parcel solution
The PSM in its natural habitat - after some issues with the supply of some key parts for the machine, June is earmarked for testing live mail with a formal handover in September.
No more empty space
Tyneside Mail Centre's plant manager, Roger Guy, says: 'When you look at it now, it’s incredible to see the machine in place in what was an empty space in February.'

Roger Guy: 'We're really excited about it. It’s useful to remember how we felt before the PSM was agreed - people were worried about the future.'
