People Systems

There are a number of different people systems available to support you and your employees.

People System Portal (PSP)

Through the People System Portal, you can self-serve a number of management tasks to manage your team – for example contractual changes, annual leave, leaving the business and lots more. You can also access all our policies and supporting information via the Policy & Information tab. There is also a tool to request support via “My HR Help.” There are a number of reports you can run in the MI section including sick absence.

People Case Manager

Interacts with PSP to help you manage cases in line with our policies – Disciplinary, Performance Management, Absence, Grievance, Bullying & Harassment and Probation. The system will step you through any of these cases providing all supporting documents. You can also access any of our people policies and supporting documents via the knowledge portal. There is also an option to request help from the People Case Advice Team.

This is a platform where the recruitment process is managed alongside performance and e-learning.

The Academy

The Academy is where 'Managers Go to Grow'. It is a platform for self-learning with a huge amount of content in a variety of formats to aid you in your development. So, whatever you need, just dive in!

People App

The People App helps colleagues across the business access the information more easily, anytime, anywhere, 24/7 including digital payslips ahead of payday, updating personal details, the Big Trust Survey, MyBundle, Health & Wellbeing support, Workplace, RMTV and much more. You can also request annual leave and raise queries digitally. PFSL’s key people policies can now also be accessed via the App.

Wellbeing Hub

One stop shop for everything wellbeing – Your Mind, Your Health, Your Money and Your Life. Access a number of services including counselling via UNUM via QR Code.
