Learn CPR as a Group

Learning CPR as a group is a great activity to add onto a team meeting or team away day. It's a brilliant team building activity and unique opportunity to learn a lifesaving skill.

A Group RevivR session requires about 45 minutes to complete. The training itself takes 30 minutes, but we recommend extra time before and after to set-up and pack-down the room.
You need a room with enough space for everyone, as participants need space to get down on the floor to practice compressions, so chairs/tables may need to be moved to create space.
The room also needs a large screen with working audio and internet connection, and a connection point to a Royal Mail laptop.
All participants will need a mobile phone with internet connection and a front facing camera. They will also need something to practice compressions on - a cushion, stuffed mailbag, rolled up jumper or jacket.

*Please note that when you complete RevivR at a Group CPR session or individually using the QR code below, BHF only tracks the number of participants. The app does not track names of who has completed the training. If you want to track this in your team, we suggest setting up your own register of completion.

Learn CPR individually

If you don't have the opportunity to learn CPR in a group setting with your team, then you can complete the training individually. It's 15 minutes and is easy, free and quick to complete on your own - all you need is your mobile phone and a cushion.
