The Big Trust Survey

We’ve taken the opportunity to refresh our approach and move away from the traditional annual Employee Survey. Our Big Trust Survey features an updated question set that is current, focused and aligned to our strategic priority of trust. Building on the survey that was launched in February, this is an opportunity to have a deeper dive into key areas and for you to tell us more.

It’s been a unique and challenging year so it is really important that we keep talking and listening. We want your feedback about what it’s like to work here so that we can make positive changes together by focussing on those areas that matter the most. The insight you provide by taking part in the Big Trust Survey will form the basis of our action plans both locally and as a wider business.
