Your pay is the most obvious way we reward you for your hard work, but it’s only part of the story. My Bundle, home of your flexible benefits range and also the total reward statement.

Visit mybundle.myroyalmail.com to access your My Bundle account. (If you haven't visited before, you will need to reset your password and set up five security questions.)

Flexible benefits

My Bundle benefits are now available anytime*, so you can choose them at your convenience, they are available across lifestyle, healthcare, protection and financial wellbeing categories that includes car leasing, home technology, mobile phones, critical illness, and personal accident insurance.

Royal Mail perks

Redirection and Keepsafe are available free of charge to colleagues. Your line manager will need to complete an application form on your behalf. You can access the forms by clicking here. Discounted MOT and vehicle servicing is also available to Royal Mail colleagues, friends and family through Autocare

Total reward statement

You can also log onto My Bundle to see all your pay and benefits together in one place. Your online total reward statement is personal to you, secure, and lets you see the total value of your reward for the previous 12 months at any time.

Help

If you forget your password or haven’t logged on before, you will need to reset your password. A letter with your password will be posted to you within 3-5 working days.

The My Bundle helpline is also available to answer any questions you have about the website or the benefits. Phone 0345 60 60 603, or +44 114 241 8890 if you are calling from outside the UK.

The helpline is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (Tuesday from 9am), not including bank holidays.

My Bundle is available to permanent colleagues only. Access to certain benefits and total reward statements requires at least 12 months' continuous service.
