Royal Mail for the future

Share your views

Our business has many challenges.  But it has many opportunities too.

In recent months we have held hundreds of sessions in Royal Mail sites across the country to get your input and ideas for how we can grow our company and deliver for our customers.

We have also been asking colleagues for views on how the Universal Service Obligation (USO) – the legal requirement on us to collect and deliver letters six days a week and parcels five days at a ‘one price goes anywhere’ rate - may need to change for the future.  Ofcom, the postal regulator, is conducting a review of the Universal Service and we will be feeding in our views – and the views we have heard from customers, employees, discussions with our unions and other stakeholders – later this year.

We want to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to feed in their ideas, so we have set out a short survey below for you to tell us what you think.

We will be sharing the findings with the Executive Board, so please do take this opportunity to share all those great ideas for how we can change, together.  The survey will remain open until [DATE].
