Community Hearts programme

Will fund three vital projects:

1. Giving one million children CPR training - so they have the skills to save lives.
2. Placing hundreds of lifesaving community defibrillators where they are needed most.
3. Supporting thousands of families using our Heart Helpline and provide accessible vital heart health information.

Live Well, Be Well programme

Will create 20+ Live Well Hubs; serving communities who we know need our help most. It will provide information and support that is easy to access, any hour of the day. And we will help one million people understand their risk of developing type 2 diabetes, with its impact on heart health - and know what to do about it.

Power in Prevention programme

Will work with 10,000 young families to take on heart disease. We will support children and parents around the UK with a combination of interactive learning, physical activity sessions and health checks, changing the course of their lives for the better.
