Santa Claus is coming

While some of us were getting on our boots or blazers, Saghir Rehmen was wearing a red jacket - but not our usual style…
‘I am a Dad and Grandad to my lovely babies so I know what it means for children to see and meet Santa,’ said Saghir.
‘Getting to see other kids enjoy the experience of having their photo taken with Santa and seeing the smiles on their faces, along with their requests for gifts is an amazing experience for myself also and good memories for them as they progress through their education.’
Saghir is an advocate for supporting our local communities to uplift them but also help build our brand and promote our services.
‘These initiatives also bring awareness of our company amongst the community helping to shape the image of Royal Mail and the services available to the public. It’s good way of promoting the brand whilst doing our bit for the community,’ said Saghir.
‘What I enjoy about Christmas at Royal Mail is the increased volumes that fly in,’ he said. ‘The environment becomes colourful and jolly everywhere you go, which is a bit of a boost for everyone I think.’
We know there are lots of amazing stories out there. Please share on Workplace or email your news to rmcommunications@royalmail.com.
