Our People Policy and supporting documents provide information and guidance on how we will recruit, develop, reward, review and manage teams effectively, fairly and consistently.

Our People Policy, procedures, factsheets and guides are now accessible by all colleagues via the Royal Mail People App*. You can click on the “RMG People Policy” tab on your app homepage to view these documents.

Managers can continue to access the People Policy, people procedures, summaries, guides, factsheets and any related forms & letters via the Policy & Information tab on their PSP homepage or via Knowledge Manager on the People Case Manager (PCM) system.
