To gain valuable new insights and perspectives from younger colleagues, Royal Mail has created a Youth Board to help the business reinvent for the next generation.
In this week’s RMtv, we hear from some of the newest members, including Jodie Halliday, lead distribution manager in Southampton.
‘People are really thinking about what the company they’re working for offers them. We want to invest in our colleagues – we want them to be here in another 10, 20 years’, she said.
Also in the programme: how one colleague is flying the revenue protection flag at his unit to ensure we’re paid fairly for the work we’re doing.
Plus, another business first in the Orkney Islands thanks to lower-emission drones and what support you can turn to if you’re experiencing difficulties – it’s World Mental Health Day on Sunday 10 October.
