Workplace password details sent this week

Frontline colleagues who don’t have a Royal Mail email address – keep this week’s payslip safe so you can be in the know and join Workplace.

For weekly paid employees, we have this week re-sent the username and passwords you require to join our ever-growing platform.

Workplace is becoming an important part of the way we communicate at Royal Mail. It’s a place to connect and collaborate with your team, share best practice, tune in to regular Q&A sessions with the CEO, and keep up with what’s going on in the wider business.

Once you have your payslip to hand, you can follow this easy step-by-step guide to get online and join thousands of colleagues across the business.

Please take care to type your password exactly as it appears on the payslip, and watch out for letter O, which could be upper case or lower case, or could be a zero - and upper and lower case letters, which look similar. If you still can’t make it work, please contact the IT Helpdesk to reset your password, the contact number is 0345 608 2555. 

For people with a Royal Mail email address (, you will not receive details in your payslip and can log in using your Royal Mail email address, as a username, and Windows password (the one used to log-in to your Royal Mail PC).

And please note, if you already use Workplace, the password in your payslip will no longer be valid, as you will have changed it to something memorable when you first logged on.
