Today is International Women’s Day (IWD) – a chance for all of us to consider how we can help forge a gender equal world, celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness against bias and take action for equality.
The theme for this year’s IWD IS ‘Choose to challenge.’ A challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day.
From challenge comes change, so let's all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. By choosing to seek out and celebrate women's achievements, collectively, we can all help to create an inclusive world. So, raise your hand high to show you're in and that you commit to calling out inequality.

‘International Women’s Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women everywhere. This year’s Choose to Challenge theme means anyone can become an ally and celebrate women’s achievements with us.
‘You may choose to shine a spotlight on your mum, daughter or a trailblazer from the past. What’s most important is that we all stand together to challenge gender bias, stereotypes and discrimination every time we see it.’
