As a Royal Mail Group employee, your reward is about more than just your pay. In addition to your existing benefits, you now have access to a great range of flexible benefits through My Bundle.
My Bundle puts you in control, so you can choose your benefits to suit you, your family and your budget. There are 13 benefits available across lifestyle, healthcare and protection categories.
Some are available anytime, like cars, childcare, cycle hire, and shop and service offers, so you can choose them throughout the year. Others must be chosen annually during an enrolment window.
This year’s enrolment window has closed. Next year's window will open in March 2017 and we will give you more information about this closer to the time.
If you have recently joined Royal Mail, you will have an opportunity to choose your annual benefits outside the March window. More information will be sent to you, or you can speak with your manager or HR Services.
Total reward statement
You can also log onto My Bundle to see all your pay and benefits together in one place. Your online total reward statement is personal to you, secure, and lets you see the total value of your reward for the previous 12 months at any time. You also get a paper statement sent to your home address once a year.
If you forget your password or haven’t logged on before, you will need to reset your password. A letter with your password will be posted to you within 3-5 working days.
