To celebrate the win of Heather Stanning in the Women’s Pairs rowing, we have produced a special gold medal stamp which is currently on sale in more than 500 Post Offices.

The stamps are available in Lossiemouth Post Office and feature an image of Heather Stanning and her partner Helen Glover winning the Women’s Pairs rowing final.
A further 4,700 branches will be selling the gold medal stamps within a week of a win.
To mark Heather’s gold medal winning performance, we have also painted the iconic red post box in Clifton Road West, LossiemouthIV31 6DP gold. The UK is the first country to paint post boxes gold to celebrate Olympic and Paralympic gold medal wins.
